If you can't be home waiting for a package and have no clue when it’ll show up (and RoundTrip doesn’t seem to know either), steer clear of them. These mysterious delivery methods are just no good.

You should be ready to buy something without a clue on when it’ll arrive. I haven’t received a tracking number yet, even after I asked for one. The response I got was:

"If it’s a tracked service, you will receive your tracking by email as soon as the courier uploads it."

> IF < (?) So they’re just guessing and have no idea where my order is or who’s delivering it, which is just wild.

After I kept asking, "How can an order not be tracked?" they told me that some deliveries are made by their suppliers' own vans.

They also mentioned that if I’m not home when they come to pick it up, I won’t be able to collect it from anywhere.

I’d at least expect a text or a call the day before with an estimated delivery time so I could plan for it.

Awesome prices and super fast delivery! I picked up 2 Kumho tyres and got them installed for a lower cost than what local shops were quoting for budget options. Definitely recommend!

I’m really let down and won’t suggest anyone to engage in any dealings with round trip. They wouldn’t issue a refund after I sent the tyres back, and I had to go to court just to reclaim my cash. It was a real hassle trying to get my money returned. They even wanted me to remove my first review before they’d consider giving me a refund.

I've been ordering my tires online for quite a while, and this company has treated me well. They usually offer the best prices for my specific tire, and their delivery is reliable. So far, I'm a satisfied repeat buyer!

I've shopped with Roundtrip in the past and felt the need to give a big shout out to their customer service crew. I mistakenly entered the wrong address after my recent move, but they sorted it all out in no time without making me feel like a total fool! I’ll definitely be back, awesome prices and fantastic service.

I placed an order for 4 AT tyres on December 30th and paid for them. Got a super detailed invoice back with delivery details to my local tyre and exhaust shop. The tracking info came through pretty quickly too. My tyres showed up on the second day of the three-day delivery window, right on schedule thanks to DHL. They were all brand new, nicely packed, and I couldn't be happier! The price was fantastic, about £50 less per tyre compared to others. Now they're on my Jeep and looking fantastic!

I made an order and paid for it, but within a day, they claimed their shipment was delayed. They had promised delivery in two days, yet they didn’t even have the items in stock.

The tyres were listed for several days before I made my purchase, and I had reached out for more details. Their response was:

"Yes - they are MO rated tyres.

Due to the high turnover of stock, we can't guarantee which set you would receive.

Generally, the more popular models and sizes are no more than 6-12 months old.

If the tyres are over three years old for any reason, we will collect and return them free of charge."

They had plenty of chances to inform me about the stock issue when they replied to my inquiry.

EDIT & UPDATE (30/09/22) - They’re still listing around 50 tyres that I wanted, yet they’ve told me via email that there’s no stock. After my initial review, they reached out and offered to sell me a different option at their cost price, which, as it turns out, is pricier than a few other websites. It seems like they’re just acting as a middleman for dealers who actually have stock and don’t hold any themselves, based on what I’ve gathered from their emails.

On the bright side, my refund was processed super fast - took less than an hour.

Steer clear of this outfit - I ordered a tire and paid with my credit card, but it never showed up as scheduled. They don’t reply to messages, emails, or even online chats, and there’s no phone number to reach them. Now I gotta go through the bank to get my money back.

These folks should be shut down!!!!

I gotta say, the service was fantastic - I ordered four new run flat tyres at 10:30 AM on July 27, 2022, and they showed up at my local fitter (The Tyre Shop in Dawley) in Telford by 9:25 AM the next day. By 10:30 AM, they were already on the car! Just brilliant service, and the price was excellent (the best I could find online for my tyre choice) - what else could you ask for? I’ll definitely be back for more.

Tyres went missing! I made an order after checking with RoundTrip Tyres to see if my tyres were actually in stock, and they assured me they’d be delivered within 1-3 days. I was really let down when I showed up at the fitting shop only to discover that my tyres, which were supposed to be there four days ago, were nowhere to be found. No word from RoundTrip Tyres about any delays or issues; the only thing I got was a claim that two of the tyres had vanished during shipping. Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if those tyres were ever really available to begin with, considering how hard they were to track down.

I don’t usually write reviews, but the delivery was super quick, so I figured I’d share. I placed my order at 2PM on Monday, and the tyres arrived by 1PM the following day.

Great price as well. Definitely would shop here again.
